Getting started as an En101 Customer:

Enroll: When a person enrolls in En101, they enroll as a "customer" and can enjoy En101's Learning Center - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Getting started as an En101 Partner:

Becoming an En101 Partner: A customer can become an En101 Partner by simply enrolling one (1) new customer. Once a customer becomes an En101 Partner, they can track their business growth and earnings in their En101 Business Center.

2 Teams: Once a person becomes an En101 Partner, their mission is to implement and support two (2) teams - a left team and a right team.

Strategy: The best strategy for implementing your 2 teams is to enroll all of your family, friends and acquaintances (Warm-Market) in one team and enroll a different set of friends or acquaintances that live in a different city or country in your other team. Why? Because, you don't want the people in your "warm market" working against each other.

Enrolling new customers: To enroll your family and friends into our online educational program, send them to your personal En101 website (yoursitename.en101.com) that you received with your enrollment.

Your first enrollment will automatically be placed in the same team that you were enrolled in (left or right).
After your first personal enrollee, you can change the Team (leg) Lock in your Business Center, in the Set Leg Lock section, under Settings. You can change this as often as you'd like.

Levels of Achievement:

En101 Partner: You become an En101 Partner once you have personally enrolled one (1) customer.

FREE Bonus Positions: You can earn up to two (2) FREE Bonus Positions. (See "FREE Bonus Positions" below).

Director: You become a Director once you have personally enrolled two (2) paid ProPak packages in each of your two (2) teams (4 total).

Executive Director (ED): You become an ED once you have personally enrolled one (1) paid Director in each of your two (2) teams. (You must first achieve Director status.)

Chief Executive Director (CED): You become a CED once you have personally enrolled 4 paid ED's in each of your 2 teams.

How you earn money as an En101 Partner:

Personal Bonus: You earn a Personal Bonus for each paid enrollment made from your En101 website.

To qualify for Personal Bonuses, you must be an "active" customer or En101 Partner, and you must enroll a paid member.
Paid weekly.

Team Bonus: You can potentially earn team bonuses from the structured growth of your left and right teams.

To qualify for Team Bonuses, you must personally enroll one person in each of your 2 teams.
A dollar amount from every enrollment is put into this pool and is paid weekly to all qualified En101 Partners.
Paid weekly.

Matching Bonus: Earn a Matching Bonus every time a ProPak is sold by your personally enrolled En101 Partners.

Paid weekly.

Points / Payouts:

Points / Payouts: From each enrollment or upgrade, a dollar amount is paid to the sponsor, plus, dollar amounts are distributed into other areas. The following table displays these amounts.

Paysteps:

How paysteps are calculated:

From each paid enrollment, a set dollar amount is paid into the Team Pool.
At the end of each payperiod, the dollar amount in the Team Pool is divided by the number of paysteps earned in that payperiod - by all En101 Partners.

Paysteps are earned by the following formula, and are paid from the Team Pool.

30 points with 2:1 (20/10) ratio or 1:2 (10/20) ratio earns one paystep.
You can earn multiple paysteps - up to (USD) $25,000 weekly.

Calculating Paysteps:

10 points in one team and 20 points in the other team = 1 pay step
100 points in one team and 200 in the other team = 10 pay steps

Paystep example:

If you earn 205 points in your left team and 105 points in your right team (in a payperiod), the program will identify the larger team and divide the number by 20 (205/20=10).

In this example, you would start the next week with 5 points in your left team and 5 points in your right team.

No points ever "flush" up to the company.
All points earned by all En101 Partners in either of your two (2) teams count for you.

Bonus Positions:

Earning your FREE Bonus Positions: En101 recognizes that some marketers prefer to work more than one "earning position" and has allowed each individual or entity to earn up to two (2) FREE Bonus Positions.

Step 1. Earn your Silver Star Bonus Positions:

You can earn a Silver Star Bonus Position in both your left and right teams.

To earn a Silver Star in your left team: Personally enroll one (1) "Customer only" and one (1) "En101 Partner" in your left team (any package).

This will automatically place a Silver Star bonus position in the first available "outside" position in your Left Team.
A Silver Star position does not earn any bonuses.

Repeat the process in your Right Team to earn a Silver Star in your Right Team.

Step 2. Turn your Silver Stars into Gold Stars:

Once both enrollments are marked paid (in either team), your Silver Star will automatically turn into a Gold Star.

Once the Silver Star turns into a Gold Star, it becomes an “earning position”, and can be qualified to earn bonuses... just like your Initial Position!
Gold Star positions have their own unique Sitename(s) and ID#(s).

You can earn up to $25,000 per week from each Gold Star Bonus Position!

NOTE: We recommend that you focus on your Initial Position until you are earning substantial income before initiating your Gold Star position(s).

Two Steps to Success in En101:

To excel as an En101 Partner, here is what we suggest:

Step 1: Earn your Bonus Positions!

In each of your 2 teams, you need to focus on personally enrolling two (2) people - one (1) as a Partner and one (1) as a Customer (total of 4 people).

Once the enrollments are paid, you will receive your two (2) Gold Stars.

Step 2: Become a Director! If the (4) enrollments (above) are all ProPak or ProPak Plus packages, you will be a Director.

If the four (4) enrollments (above) are NOT all ProPak or ProPak packages, you will need at least two (2) of these packages in each team to become a Director.

Terminology:

Initial Position: The position you receive upon enrollment.
Enrollment: Each new member enrolls as a customer.
En101 Partner: Any person who enrolls a new customer.
Quad Period: A quad period is each 4 consecutive payperiod's which began on Aug. 1st, 2006.
Payperiod: Our payperiod ends each Wednesday morning at 8:59:59am (CST) and begins each Wednesday morning at 9:00:00am.
Payrun: At the end of each payperiod, our payrun calculates earnings and distributes the earnings to each En101 Partner.
Pointroll: Our pointroll runs every 5 minutes and updates the points and estimates the monies earned by each En101 Partner.
Leg Lock: Your leg lock allows you to control which team your new personal enrollees will be placed into.

Miscellaneous:

All issues should be submitted in the Customer Service Panel (Help 101), which can be found in your Business Center and the Learning Center.
There is a $2.00 processing fee deducted from each commission payment made to all reps that earn a commission.
Bonus Positions (Silver Star / Gold Star) positions cannot be purchased, sold or redistributed. They must be earned following the guidelines described above.
- Each individual or entity in En101 can earn two FREE Bonus Positions, for a total of 3 earning positions.
There is a $25,000 weekly cap on all earning positions (the cap applies to Team Bonuses ONLY). An individual can earn up to $75,000 weekly with their Initial Position plus their 2 Gold Star Bonus Positions (combined). Once you achieve a Gold Star position, your sponsor will get the Matching Bonus from any ProPak sale made from that position.
All monies earned over the $25,000 cap are distributed equally to all En101 Partners who had earnings in that same payperiod.
The sale of multiple packages to an individual or entity is not allowed.
Only a single purchase can be made by an individual or entity.
You must requalify to earn Team Commissions upon each re-enrollment. You do not need to requalify to earn Personal Bonuses.
Your first sale will be automatically placed in the same team that you signed up in (under your personal enrollee).
- For example, if you signed up in your sponsors' left team, your first sale will automatically be placed in your left team.
- After you make your first sale, you can change the placement of your team members.
We try to employ qualified text translators and are very proud of our translators. However, should a discrepancy arise from text found on a translated website, the English website will supersede any translation or variation thereof.

Income Claims:
We make no income claims at En101.

A person's earnings are directly related to his or her efforts and the efforts of the members of his or her 2 teams.
Any En101 member or Partner who makes any income claims that are not related to personal earnings can be terminated as an En101 partner.

Please do not make any income claims on behalf of En101, or as an En101 Partner.
